Gauteng 1 - 2 days, all outlying provinces 2 - 4 days.
1) Our reliable courier's will collect order once payment has been received.
2) Online tracking details will be provided once courier collects.
We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best quality products so we can give the best to our customers but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase or change your mind about your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions - N.B. if 7 days have past since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange. We will refund the full price of the product, delivery & return charges are non-refundable and will be at the buyers expense. All products & packaging must be returned un-opened and in its original / new state.
IP / Wifi Cameras: BRITE-LED will not be responsible / liable for poor WiFi signal / range, additional hardware such as range extenders or routers with higher range may be fitted to improve range / signal.
Damaged while in transit,
In the event of items received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work out together the best way to return the product to us for a full refund.

Guarantee / Warranty,
We offer a 6 month guarantee on all our products but do not warrant products against improper use, accidental damage or negligence.
Batteries and Power supplies are not covered.
We do not do installations or call outs, we do however offer tech support during office hours should you require asssistance regarding installations and / or setup. We test every product before they are sold to make sure products comply with our quality standards and to have a clear understanding of how each product works. Brite LED will not be liable or responsible if you are unable to install or setup after we have provided the required information. You may source a qualified installer to assist you further.
